Have used lower end Plantronics and the original Jawbone and Jawbone 2 and smaller nokia bluetooths and the stereo Motorola SD's. This is the single best bluetooth handset I've used. The fit is secure with OR WITHOUT the earloop! I've NEVER had that happen before, and it's because of the part that extends into the ear canal to press against the temporal bone. The sound, the clarity AND the easy pairing and vocal commands in conjunction with my Samsung Gleam phone . . . unbelievable. ALSO, with this earpiece I can listen to music/audiobooks from my cellphone, something I've yet to see in any other earpiece. Now the bad news: The place I got 'bulk packaging' from included one ear hook and one earloop. Original packaging has 2 earhooks, 3 different size earloops AND two of what they call earhooks for another fitting option. I don't know what this Amazon seller does, but the other seller of bulk packaged HZ800's online does not mention this. Caveat emptor.

I've gone through at least a half-dozen bluetooth headsets including the highly rated Jawbone and junked them all after a few weeks. This unit is perfect in every way. A nice assuring female voice tells you the headset is connected and then reads its battery level. And, my iPhone displays battery level. You voice command to answer the phone, no fuss or muss! At last people tell me they can hear me clearly. I've never had a dropped signal. Great headset, kudos to Motorola!
