Customer Reviews

I have had this unit for a year now and still use it daily.
with new cell phone use while driving laws this unit
is easy to use and has good audio for me and the person on the
other end of the conversation. It can monitor two cell phones with no difficulty for the user and the headset lets you know which phone has the call and you can
go back and forth between the two cells easily.
Music can be heard through this unit using an application like BTaudio.

With my one-star rating in the picture, let me start with the bad news about this bluetooth headset. My biggest grudge is Bluetooth connection problems: it would disconnect frequently, and then try to reconnect which may or may not be successful for no reason to think of and drop the connection till the phone is rebooted. Initially I blamed the phone which happened to be an old Android phone abandoned by the manufacturer, not getting any updates for over a year. But then I upgraded to a brand new latest WP7 with Mango 7.5 and the same problem persisted, now placing the blame where it belongs, especially as I see other users report the same in this thread. When the unit loses connection to the phone 1.5 feet away, it talks into your ear with this nagging voice: "Phone is disconnected..." then, if it reacquires connection a second later, then you hear right away "The Phone is connected. Battery level is...". Very, very annoying, very irritating when you do need this connection.
Next grudge in the line is the fit. It does not fit my ear well with neither of the rings supplied; I have to hold it with my hand to listen.
Next is battery problems. Randomly it would sit on the charger overnight, glowing green in the morning, but then when on and pairing, it would tell me that the battery level is "low" and shut down. Goodbye. I plug it on, plug it out, power it up and it instantly reports "Battery level high" and connects successfully till it loses connection again.
That's my cons, and it's enough cons for me not to consider any pros, but let me include the pros too: okay sound quality, decent noise cancellation. Can not recommend though, it's a bad investment by me.
