Customer Reviews

I bought this headset because it's one of the few behind the ear headsets available, and I wanted to use it with a bicycle helmet. I also own the VXI B250XT (over the head unit) which has great noise reduction esp outside, but has a wind screen on the mic.
This unit sounds equally great, but has options for behind the neck and typical ear loop. I use the behind the neck which is a bit tight on my head (large hat size). It's not the easiest thing to do to if you want to switch between the different configurations.
Outside, if it's windy (or if i'm on a bike in my case), you can hear the wind noise. It was easily fixed by putting a windscreen on it I stole from my xbox headset. Other than that, it's a great unit.

I had the VXI BlueParrott Roadwarrior B250-XT Bluetooth Wireless Headset. My uncle suggested it, and I work on the phones for work. I loved the Roadwarrior. I was very excited that they came out with the "upgrade" that I could try in 3 different ways! But I was mistaken as to how great this product would be. I am going to list the pros and con's objectively in case anyone is really contemplating this item. I hope this is helpful to someone. I did end up returning it.
Pros-
lightweight
answer button is easier to push than Roadwarrior
3 different ways to wear
don't have to worry about mic placement(roadwarrior, mic needs to be further from mouth)
Cons-
the over the ear is large and not very adjustable
for glasses wearers, the over the ear and behind the head are awkward, and starts to hurt
harder to hear the person on the other end than roadwarrior
I think the person on the other end has harder time hearing you(I got a lot more"What? What?")
you can't move the mic up and down like roadwarrior, has to stay near mouth
mic is a little heavy for the behind the head, seems to tilt forward, a lot of adjusting so others can hear you
